Destiny's Child have announced they will be getting back together and will be recording new music for the first time since 2004 according to the Billboard.com.

The R&B group plans to release a new album, which will be called "Love Songs," on Jan. 29. The album is the first to feature the Destiny's Child name in eight years and will also include a brand new single called "Nuclear" which was produced by Pharrell Williams. The song was co-written by Pharrell and group-member Michelle Williams.

The last album that Destiny's Child released was called "Destiny Fufilled," which was put out in Nov. 2004. The album featured a couple of hits, but lead singer Beyonce Knowles had already broken away from Williams and Kelly Rowland to become a solo star.

Beyonce has since sold over 75 million records on her own. The "Single Ladies" singer confirmed the news of the reunion on her official website.

"I am so proud to announce the first original Destiny's Child music in eight years," Beyonce said on her site.

The news means that there could be a reunion performance this February during the Super Bowl half-time show. Beyonce is set to headline the show next month on Feb. 2.

Destiny's Child has sold over 60 million records since first forming in the 90's, and their hits include "Survivor," "Bills, Bills, Bills," and "Independent Woman."

Beyonce was also chosen to sing the National Anthem at President Barack Obama's inauguration according to Yahoo. She's set to release her fifth solo album since 2003, this coming February.
