Opel celebrates the coming of the second member of its X-range - the all new Opel Crossland X. After a short teaser campaign, the Crossland X joins the bestselling sporty Mokka X and replaces the Meriva.

The new Crossland X is a bit shorter than the current Astra at 4.21 meters. "Excellent overview" describes the 10-centimeter higher driving position which can be further enhanced by the optional panoramic glass roof. It also comes with Opel connectivity being Opel OnStar as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible IntelliLink infotainment system, including up to eight-inch large color touchscreens. During the winter months, the heated steering wheel and the heated windshield increases comfort and safety for the driver.

Opel Crossland X is built for urban driving with its crisp exterior dimensions while also being perfect for occasional trips to the farm. Its interior boasts of the award-winning and AGR-certified (Aktion Gesunder Rücken) ergonomic seats for both the driver and the front seat passenger. Opel is the only manufacturer to offer such comfort in its segment (in both the Crossland X and the Mokka X). The trunk volume is 410 liters. Passengers in the rear will be able to adjust their seating position by 150 millimeters in a longitudinal direction, giving way to either increased legroom or capacity of the luggage compartment, making the Crossland X even more versatile, according to Opel Pressroom.
