Pokemon Sun And Moon Guide: Here's How To Catch Eevee, Pikachu, Pichu & Find Growlithe [VIDEO]

Nintendo's highly anticipated role-playing video game, "Pokemon Sun and Moon", arrived earlier this month and zealous fans of the hit duo of games are going berserk over catching some rare Pokemon. There are bevies of rare Pokemon for players to capture and umpteen ways to ferret them out.

The internet is currently brimming with Pokemon Sun and Moon guides to catch these shiny Pokemon --- including Eevee, the fan-favorite Pikachu, Pichu, and Growlithe.

Citing its various evolutions --- from Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon to Sylveon, Glaceon, and Leafon --- Eevee is quite popular among Pokemon Sun and Moon players. Here's how to catch it:

First off, players have to go to Akala Island, which is the second island they will drop by on their journey. Players will then have to go to Route 4 from Heahea City, where they will spot Eevee in the first patch of grass they notice.

Capturing Pichu and Pikachu will be comparatively easy as Melemele Island is brimming with these Pokemon. Between their home and the area where they will rendezvous with Kahuna Hala for the celebration, players can find Pikachu in two grass patches just before the first flight of stairs they see.

In addition, players should bear in mind that there are ample spawning areas within Hau'oli City.

The Pokemon makes an appearance on all patches of grass there. There is also a possibility that players may come across Pichu in these regions. In other words, players can catch the Pokemon and evolve it as well.

Growlithe can be spotted on Melemele Island. Players can also find Growlithe on Route 2, right before Route 3. Growlithe can be evolved into Arcanine by using a Fire Stone on it, according to iTech Post.

Only after becoming an Alola champion, players will be eligible to catch any of the four guardian deities: Tapu Lele, Tapu Koko, Tapu Fini, and Tapu Bulu.

To catch Tapu Lele, players should visit the Ruins of Life and challenge it by touching the pedestal at the end of the ruins. Players must also have the Machamp Poke Ride, according to Digital Spy.
