The Nurburgring is one of the longest, most intimidating and most iconic tracks in the world. It is also home for some weird records. Chinese stunt driver Han Yue captures the attention of driving devotees once again after his distinctive cruise around Nurburgring's Nordshleife.

While most racers drive around these tracks in their supercars and hypercars trying to beat speed records, China's Han Yue opted to try something a bit odd. This 46-year-old stunt driver consistently drifted his red Mini Cooper around the Green Hell for a record of 45 minutes and 59 seconds. This feat may seem surprisingly long but the weirdest thing about this attempt has Yue maneuvered the entirety of the track with only two of the car's four wheels.

Han Yue has been planning this endeavor for months. The track was made exclusive for this newsworthy two-wheel drive. The 45-minute run seemed calm and consistent despite the rigorous 13 miles of tracks, 73 bends, and the frequent elevation gains and drops.

Yue's passion is not only towards stunt driving, he, in fact, is also a race driver for China's Red Bull Team with records of being an adrift driving champion. With this novel attempt at driving, Yue describes his experience at the Nordshleife to the Ring News, "The Green Hell has lived up to its name. It felt like I was dealing with all four seasons on the Nordschleife today. The wet track and the sunlight made for an even greater challenge."

Surely, the Chinese stunt driver has proven that there is more to this challenging track than just pure racing. With another fun approach at exploring the Nurburgring, Yue has surely captivated the attention of an ebullient crowd as he finishes off neatly dropping his Mini Cooper back on its four wheels.
