The Ford Mustang GTT by the California-based firm is currently on the exhibit at the 2016 Specialty Equipment Market Association or SEMA Car Show in Las Vegas. GTT stands for Gran Turismo Tribute. The Ford concept car was designed and built in a span of only six weeks.

It roars 800 of horsepower which is 200 higher than the Ford GT which is only at 600 horsepower. And it produces 700 LB-ft torque power. The engine includes a pro charger, supercharger, and a Magna flow dual exhaust.

This concept car can actually be bought soon. It is expected to be available by early 2017. Price is expected from $120,000 to $150,000 depending on the customization requirements.

Not to be outshined, Ford has also unveiled a Mustang GT4. It is based on the Mustang Shelby GT350R-C. The car was conceptualized and built by Multimatic Motorsports.

It is equipped with 5.2 L V8 engine similar to what the ShelbyGT350 has. The Ford GT4 is loaded with a 6-speed, paddle-shifted sequential transmission. It also boasts of updated suspension and Forgeline racing wheels.

Mustang joins the ranks of other GT4 cars. This includes the BMW, McLaren, and Porsche. It will allow the Mustang to compete in the IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge and the Pirelli World Challenge for the GTS class. The Mustang won the championship from the former.

Unlike the Ford Mustang GTT concept, no price has been announced for the Ford Mustang GT4. Cars in the GT4 range however for reference ranges from $150,000 to $200,00. Ford's Mustangs never fails to impress. It was recently recognized by SEMA for being the "Hottest Coupe," according to PR Newswire

There were other winners. The Dodge Charger is the "Hottest Sedan." The "Hottest Hatch" goes to the Jeep Wrangler. Lastly, the Ford F-Series got the "Hottest Truck" recognition. This just proves that Ford Motors never fails to impress. It got the most award among all other car makers during the show.
