Rescuers were forced to cut a man to get him out of his vehicle after it rolled over in west London on Monday in the afternoon. The rescuers include fire, police, and EMS services, who took action to a 911 call from someone who spotted a car rolling towards a hydro pole on Longwoods Road.
The car was going westbound from Lambeth before it drove off the road to its shoulder. The witness cut short his driving to contact emergency personnel to help and assist, while someone else rushed to the man, who was discovered to be unconscious after everything had happened.
According to Marych, while the man in the black Mustang gained consciousness, seizures ensued. The man was removed from the site with the help of the Police and Fire department who joined forces in doing so through taking the passenger door out first.
By the time the rescue team arrived, the man was already a little bit conscious and was able to utter his name. For the press, however, the name was not disclosed.
The black Mustang, at the scene, was upright in front of a house in Lambeth. It sustained great damage, with a shattered windshield and front bumper fragments scattered within the vicinity.
The car has been deemed beyond any form of repair. The vehicle's driver was rushed to the hospital with the help of an ambulance by Middlesex London and his current state has not yet been determined.
The seizure experienced by the driver is believed to be a result of the incident, but that remains unclear as of the moment. Those who have seen it happening have not provided further remarks on the crash and were not able to explain what has happened.
