Ricky Stenhouse Wins NASCAR Sprint Cup in Iowa

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won the third straight NASCAR Nationwide Sprint Race in Iowa on Sunday. And this time Ricky Stenhouse Jr. didn't need any fresh push from his fellow team driver to clinch the victorious title in Iowa.

The No. 6, which was given to Ricky, didn't take a second chance on the race pit to win the race. Completing the 250 races for the NASCAR Nationwide Sprint Cup Race in Iowa, Ricky Stenhouse won his third consecutive victory in the NASCAR series.

"I don't know what victory stands for and not even what losing it mean," said Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

"I have always enjoyed riding the fastest cars on the planet and keep my car in the lead position. That's what thrills me more than winning and holding a victory cup after winning it. And I have shown the rest of the world and the competitors that this is the way how you win. In each and every race that I participate, I have always loved to win and dominate other drivers in the race track. We definitely have a lot of potential to win in the upcoming races and we are hopeful that we will come out as winners," added Ricky.

The Iowa Sprint Cup seems more exciting than before. With his rival Kurt Busch not participating in the event, there's nothing more Ricky expected on the race track. Ricky was upset by Busch in 2009 in the same ground.

"It's always good to win three races in a row. And it will definitely push my confidence to a different level. Winning the race in that such a huge margin is always motivating my team as well as capping another victory," Ricky said.
