How low can you go? That's a question Limbo queen Shemika Charles has been asked countless times, as she's one of the world's best at doing just that.

The 22-year-old first landed in the Guinness World Records in 2010 when she managed to limbo down to eight and half includes, or the height of a normal sized beer bottle, according to Mirror.co.

Now the record breaker is making headlines nearly five years later after managing to limbo her way under a full-sized car.
