2017 Bolt EV, General Motors's centerpiece in its development of electric vehicles and self-driving cars, will be launched in the latter part of this year. Its capability to perform consistently in any type of weather will be tested in Michigan. The test will show whether cold weather will affect the lidar, cameras and sensors which are needed for the 2017 Bolt EV to operate independently. more
