Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) said it is recalling model year 2015 and 2016 Renegade SUVs in the US in order to fix an issue with the trailer-hitch package. According to what the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) revealed, the trailer-hitch assembly need to have three fasteners on each side. However, the Jeep Renegade makes do with just a single fastener which severely compromises the safety of the trailer attached to the SUV. more
