Honda adds outboard engine that is inspired from the designs of the Acura NSX sports car. It adds a little heat to the boat for its rich and fashionable looking engine known as the Honda marine.

According to NewAtlas, when it comes to work within cars, motorcycles, power equipment, aircraft, boats and many more, Honda really comes to put action on it. Honda is also reliable when it comes to motor power.

The inspiration of the boats engine came from excitement and freedom. With the speed of the boat and the splashing of the water and air, freedom is the feeling that hits the person riding in it. That is what the assistant of Honda Marine, Will Walton, wants the sailors to experience.

Furthermore, AutoBlog states that the Nouvelle Blue Pear color comes straight from the NSX painting. The lights shapes looks like the NSX's exhaust pipe while heat ducts feature a black honeycomb design like the car's intakes.

The engine has been stretched to give it a tall presence. The engine has red mesh insert with silver surrounds, like taillights of an automobiles. It is painted in Nouvelle Blue Pearl just like the NSX that appeared at Miami.

The Honda Marine engine concept is no doubt following the designs of the Acura-NSX. With 10 million products, Honda is the largest engine manufacturer worldwide. The concept engine debuted on February 16 at the Miami Boat Show. It was the centerpieces of display that show case a series of new marine engines from Honda. Still Honda did not prove any specs on the concept design nor the boats capabilities but one thing for sure is that we know the Honda Marine concept is not a hybrid. Another thing that we know is that the concept of the engine is inspired with the NSX but it does not mean the power concept of the engine would be carried.
