During his interview at the Wall Street Journal Digital Live conference on Monday, Apple's CEO Tim Cook said he believes Apple Watch users will have to charge the device daily since they will be using it so much.
Though Cook failed to discuss specifications, he did confirm to The Wall Street Journal that Apple Watch will last users "about a day."
"You're going to wind up charging it daily," Cook said, according to the publication.
His comments are in line with estimates made by multiple publications, as well as Cook's predictions from the Apple Watch unveiling in September.
Besides daily charging, the company CEO didn't discuss exact specifications, the price of the device, or its availability.
Cook did say he has big plans for Apple TV for the television market, which he called a "time capsule."
"We're living in the 1970s," Cook said about the current TV user experience, according to The Journal. "There's a lot to be done in this area. What we'll do I won't be so clear."
Cook lauded HBO's recent decision to break off a standalone streaming service, but wouldn't elaborate Apple's plans for Apple TV.
The Cupertino-based company has been rumored to be working on a new Apple TV set-top streamer with deep cable television integration, though negotiations with major companies have supposedly stalled, according to AppleInsider.
Cook also fired back at Rite Aid and CVS, who blocked the iPhone maker's mobile payment service, saying that there were plenty of other retailers around the world to sign up.
"We've got a lot more merchants to sign up, we've got a lot of banks to sign up and we've got the rest of the world," Cook told the Wall Street Journal Digital Live conference, according to Reuters.
Apple Pay launched a week ago and saw more than a million credit cards registered over the first 72 hours.
