Netflix is looking for an ambitious viewer to evaluate the streaming service's content in a job known as a "tagger."

Filling the position, which is based in the U.K. and Ireland, will mean essentially getting paid to watch Netflix, Yahoo Tech reported via The Independent.

"It is Taggers' responsibility to assess the genre, tone and personality of content to determine what viewers might want to watch next, helping the streaming service improve its 'You might love Critically-Acclaimed-Emotional-Underdog-movies' type suggestions," The Independent reported.

In a promotional video for the position, Netflix explains that the best taggers are people with analytical minds who can categorize movies and TV shows in the service's large collection.

"The role will offer flexible hours working from home" said the job description, while the position "would suit those with a passion for films and TV programs."

Working as a tagger means being part of an exclusive group since there are only around 40 taggers in the world. While many taggers are based in Los Angeles, they are found worldwide and come from a variety of backgrounds.

So what kind of worker is Netflix looking for in its next tagger? The description calls for someone who is a film and TV content expert with strong organizational skills, tenacity and follow-through and a penchant for detail. Applicants will need 1-2 years of experience at a website or a new media company, while background in film or TV editing experience is considered a plus.
