Hyundai has priced its 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan for a base price of $38,950, including a $950 shipping fee.
The price reflects a $2,830 increase compared to the 2014 Genesis sedan.
The top-of-the-line 2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0L RWD vehicle was priced at $52,450, including shipping.
This reflects a $4,130 increase compared to the 2014 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec.
"Compared to the 2014 model, the 2015 Genesis delivers significantly more standard content," said Hyundai Motor America in a statement this week.
Hyundai's midlevel 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8L AWD or the all-wheel-drive vehicle, is available for a base price of $41,450, including shipping.
The base 2014 Genesis sedan starts at $36,120, including a $920 shipping fee.
Confirmed standard features include: paddle shifters, hill-hold control, an 8-inch navigation system with rearview camera, driver knee airbag, power-folding outside mirrors, power lumbar passenger seat, power height-adjustable passenger seat, Hyundai's Blue Link telematics system, HD radio, 4.3-inch LCD cluster display,
Other confirmed specs includes a telescoping steering wheel, Sirius/XM Travel Link, rain-sensing wipers, and rear one-touch-up power windows.
A number of packages are available for the 2015 Genesis, including the 3.8L Signature package that comes with panoramic sunroof, blind-spot detection system, and ventilated front seats. The option is available for $4,000, according to the automaker.
An option A5.0L Ultimate package is available for $3,250. The package adds a full-color head-up display, continuous damping control suspension, and a power trunk lid, according to Hyundai.
Interested customers can expect the 2015 Genesis to hit dealerships in late April.
