Ford Consultants Compete To Sell Jimmy Fallon a Car (LIVE STREAM)

Ten Ford salespeople are competing to see who literally has the best staying power through a contest intended to sell a 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch to Jimmy Fallon.

In the "Survivor"-esque contest called "'Tonight Show' Fingers on a 4x4," the contestants have each placed a hand on the vehicle to see who can stay the longest, Edmunds.com reported.

The contest will "test strength, stamina and mental toughness" among the 10 sales consultants, Fallon said.

The competition, which is taking place on the U.S.S. Intrepid in New York, is being live streamed online. "Fingers on a 4x4" started on Monday, and footage from the contest will be used on future episodes of "The Tonight Show."

Fallon's advice to the 10 contestants?

"If you're feeling woozy, drop out," he said, as quoted by Edmunds.

Fallon seems to be looking forward to purchasing his new truck, no matter who ends up selling it to him.

"Growing up in upstate New York, I've always wanted to own a truck," said Fallon in a statement quoted by Edmunds. "I wanted to make a fun event out of buying it and I think people will enjoy watching this contest. Whoever lasts the longest wins the sale. Who knows? This could be how people buy trucks from now on."

The 10 Ford salespeople competing include Luke Council of California; Jesse Gloystein of Nebraska; Laurie Moses of Michigan; Elvis Randolph of Georgia; Ricky Rivera of Virginia; Wilbur Rouse of North Carolina; Nicole Smith of Maryland; Peter Porzio of Illinois; Jeff Wing of Washington and Barbara Wilkinson of Louisiana.

Additional footage of the competition is available online.
