2014 New York Auto Show: 2015 Hyundai Sonata Teased Early

Hyundai has released the first official images of the 2015 Hyundai Sonata before its expected debut at the 2014 New York Auto Show.

The Sonata competes with similar vehicles like the Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, and Nissan Altima.

A darkened image of the sedan shows the exterior of the Sonata, considered to be one of the most important vehicles in the Hyundai lineup.

The image was described by the automaker as "the first official rendering of the Korean version all-new Sonata," according to a tweet sent out by Hyundai.

The photo of the cabin shows "a preview of the driver-centric, modern and refined interior," said the automaker.

The New York Auto Show is set to kick run from April 18th through April 27th.
