Audi to Reveal ‘Faster’ Multi Media Interface Concept at 2014 International CES

Audi has announced it will unveil a concept version of its Multi Media Interface at the 2014 International CES, according to Edmunds.

The automaker's new virtual cockpit will also be on display as well at the event.

Audi said both operations will help make operations "faster, simpler and therefore safer" than ever for Audi customers.

The Multi Media Interface operating system has been designed to allow drivers to control every system available inside the vehicle.

Drivers will be able to control entertainment devices, navigation assistance, interior and ride dynamics through the new MMI.

Audi has not said when the upgraded MMI system will be introduced, and on what vehicle, according to Edmunds.

"The next generation is already at the starting blocks," Audi said in a statement.

The new concept will debut at the 2014 CES on January 7. The 2014 event is scheduled to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
