South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney received yet another speeding ticket on Dec. 26, according to The State. This would be the second citation in under a month for the NFL prospect.

Police reports obtained by The State indicated that Clowney was stopped at 10:30 a.m. traveling 84 mph in a 55-mph zone.

The stop took place on the outskirts of Columbia's downtown area, according to The State.

On Dec. 7, a South Carolina Patrol officer gave Clowney a ticket for going 110 mph in a 70-mph zone.

The potential top NFL draft pick was given a $355 ticket for the first offense, and a $445 ticket for his most recent run-in with the law.

South Carolina drivers get their licenses suspended once they build up 12 points, according to The State. Police have not said how many points Clowney currently has, but it's believed that he accumulated at least six points for the first offense.

"It's up to the judge," said S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles spokeswoman Beth Parks said after the incident, according to The State. "Sometimes, they knock the points down, and sometimes they knock the fine down, and sometimes they don't do either."

The Gamecocks traveled on Thursday to Orlando for the Capitol One Bowl, and ColaDaily.com reports that Clowney was with the team.

Head Coach Steve Spurrier spoke with the media after Clowney had been pulled over again, but did not say if Clowney would be disciplined for his actions.

"I tell you, he needs to go to driving school doesn't he?" said Spurrier during a press conference in Orlando. "At least he'll have enough money to pay for it in a week or so. Hopefully, they'll send him (to driving school) after the bowl game."

Clowney finished his junior season with 35 tackles, and three sacks this year. He is projected to be a top 5 Draft pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
