Earlier this week it was confirmed that the release date for "Fast & Furious 7" had been moved to 2015, but now Universal has supposedly confirmed scenes including the late Paul Walker will still be used for the next film, according to CNN.

Walker was on holiday break from filming "Fast 7" when he was killed in a fiery crash in California just a few days after Thanksgiving. His death not only stunned fans and loved ones from all-over the world, but also halted production for the film as director James Wan and Universal had no idea how they were going to complete it without Walker.

Filming was halfway done when the crash took place, according to Reuters.

Originally "Fast & Furious 7" was going to be released on July 11, 2014, but now the studio has pushed the movie back almost an entire year.

Actor and "Fast" veteran Vin Diesel confirmed last weekend that the seventh movie will now be released April 10, 2015 on his Facebook page.

Once the new date was released, fans were eager to learn if the film was going to be reshot all together to exclude Walker, or will his already completed scenes but used for the seventh film.

Universal wasted no time easing the minds of "Fast & Furious" fans.

"Continuing the global exploits in the franchise built on speed, Vin Diesel and Paul Walker lead the returning cast of Fast and Furious 7, which will be released by Universal Pictures on April 10, 2015," said Universal in a statement, according to CNN. "James Wan directs this chapter of the hugely successful series, and Neal H. Moritz and Vin Diesel return as producers."

The "Fast & Furious" films have grossed over $2 billion at the global box office, according to Reuters.
