Rapper/actor Ludacris was also seen on the set as well according to the Daily Mail.

The funeral scene is believed to be for a friend of Diesel's character Dom, who died towards the end of "Fast & Furious 6."

Two key announcements were made this week regarding the casting of "Fast & Furious 7." The first was that Lucas Black, who appeared in "Fast & Furious 3: Tokyo Drift," will appear in next film after not being included in the last three.

Black has signed on for three "Fast & Furious" movies according to Yahoo News.

The second announcement came from Universal as they said that Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has dropped out of "Fast & Furious 7" due to scheduling conflicts.

"Deepika was offered to be a part of the next "Fast and Furious" movie. She is a huge fan of the franchise and it's disappointing not to be able to do it," the actress' spokesperson said in a press statement.
