DMX Arrested Again, Charged With DUI (MUGSHOT)

Rapper DMX was arrested near Greenville, S.C. earlier today, July 26, and charged with driving under the influence according to the Associated Press.

DMX, 42, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was also charged with driving without a license. He was booked into County Detention Center for DUI at 3:16 a.m. according to Detention Center officials.

Jail records show that Simmons was released at 4:00 a.m. on his own recognizance.

Simmons has been in trouble with the law a lot the last couple of years, and seems incapable of learning from his mistakes.

In 2013, he was arrested in S.C. on suspicion of driving without a license according to the Associated Press. He was later released after paying a fine.

Simmons was arrested in 2011 while in Phoenix after a police officer caught him driving at 102 mph.

Before the arrest he had just recently been released from prison on probation revocation for "failing to submit to drug testing" and driving without a valid license according to the Associated Press.
