Rumored specs for the new vehicle include a 3.5L engine capable of generating 306hp. This is good news for fans of the IS and GS sedans, which features the same engine.
A RC-F performance model will also be revealed, but not until January at the Detroit Auto Show.
The new RC-F will be powered by a 460-hp V-8, an increase from the 416 hp available in the current IS-F sedan.
A hybrid version is expected to be launched in Japan and European markets as well sometime in 2014.
