Justin Bieber Hit and Run? Singer Cleared After Hitting Photographer With His Ferrari In Los Angeles (VIDEO)

Pop-star Justin Bieber hit a photographer with his Ferrari while driving away from a comedy club in Los Angeles on June 17. Police have recently determined the incident was not a hit-and-run according to Reuters.

Video footage was taken outside the L.A. based Laugh Factory comedy club which showed Bieber behind the wheel of his white Ferrari surrounded by paparazzi as he was trying to drive away.

Bieber tried to get photographers to get out of the way as he was pulling out but one insisted on staying near his car. The photographer was hit by the vehicle as the singer drove away.

"It was not a hit-and-run," Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Bruce Borihanh said on Tuesday. "The investigation is ongoing."

Borihanh said the photographer's injuries were "not life-threatening" and he will recover.

Bieber has yet to comment on the incident but it is doubtful that he'll face any legal charges.

The singer is also currently under investigation in a separate driving incident that took place in May after neighbors complained he was driving well above the legal limit around his gated Los Angeles community.

The "Boyfriend" singer was with rapper and close friend Lil Twist when the incident occurred.

Los Angeles police reportedly questioned Bieber and witnesses regarding the incident and cleared him of any charges.

Cops told gossip site TMZ that the photographer was "at fault as a pedestrian blocking the road."
