The Traverse is generous in providing much-needed power as well. Almost no detail has been left out and definitely gives justice to the makeover. It is powered 3.6-liter V-6 engine is capable of producing 305-horsepower, which provides 20-horsepower more than the outgoing model. Its V-6 engine is mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.

The latest Traverse also comes in with chrome accents, which give extra character to the integrated grille. This is particularly ever present in its High Country model. This model definitely deserves all the accolades, no doubt. Its Redline models, on the other hand, receives a blacked-out bow tie emblem and black wheels among other updates.

All of its round edges have been replaced with square shapes. The headlights and taillights have also been significantly narrowed. Its infotainment system is larger for having a touchscreen, which measures anywhere between 7- and 8-inches. Chevrolet has cleared the space below the central display and in front of the shifter to free it from unnecessary clutter and other buttons.

The 2018 Chevrolet Traverse is groundbreaking, to say the least. While some think that Chevrolet may have gone overboard with its updates, anything new is generally acceptable. Purists may think otherwise as the latest Traverse comes in almost completely different, but change is constant and inevitable.
