The Subaru BRZ STI is finally coming and is enough to make industry experts and enthusiasts on their toes with excitement. The BRZ STI concept was first introduced at the 2015 New York Auto Show and two years later, it's finally here.

In few days, it will have its official unveiling. June 8 is the most awaited date. Teaser images are released before the said date which reveals some of its details. It does have the same rear wing seen as spy shots were captured the near-production prototype of BRZ.

The test vehicle also has more aggressive look alongside intense Brembo brakes with red calipers from the original performance package. It is expected that the Subaru BRZ STI will come with improved and updated suspension, handling and chassis.

Power may not be its strongest point, however, it still is capable. The current naturally aspirated 2.0-liter engine, which is capable of producing 205-horsepower may not be too different from the upcoming BRZ STI. It may just have a little increase in horsepower from 205 to somewhere between 220 and 230.

The Subaru BRZ STI may not come with a turbocharger. It is a sports car, but others of its kind may easily outrun it. However, if one is into beefy and aggressive looks over performance, this is a good bet.

Many do hope that the Subaru BRZ STI comes more powerful, enough to produce 300-horsepower. That is definitely more amazing than some other news. However, this may just be wishful thinking. It is unlikely for it to be as powerful and strong as what many hope for.

The Subaru BRZ STI does come with a wing as earlier mentioned. This sets its looks apart from the rest. The wing is definitely for functionality and not just for aesthetics. This easily makes it one of the more favored upcoming car.
