2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake Venomously Powerful For A Truck Of Its Kind!

Shelby recently introduced the 2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake, which is inspired by Mustang Super Snake. It is a tricked-out version of the Ford F-150, coming in with accents and power characteristic of a Mustang.

The 2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake is called as such for a very good reason. For one, it is packed with 750-horsepower because its 5.0-liter V-8 engine has been equipped with a supercharger and high-performance air intake. Its billet throttle body and new fuel injectors also contribute to its commendable performance.

It can't be mistaken as anything else but an F-150. However, it looks even punchier and stronger. All thanks to its ram air hood, front vender vents, and a new bumper cover. It is outfitted with ground effects package and honeycomb mesh grille inserts.

The 2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake is available in two- or four-wheel drive configurations. According to Joe Conway, Co-CEO of Carroll Shelby International and CEO of Shelby American, the company has been an early pioneer in high performance street trucks which began its first production 30 years ago.

Well, the company is at it again and industry experts are more than pleased. Because of the off-roader's increasing popularity, coming up with the Super Snake is somehow an expected move.

The company is a little mum about the truck's specs and features, however, the suspensions are improved for better handling and overall performance. It also adopts new body panels such as the hood, bumpers, side skirts and tonneau cover. It does possess the signature Shelby stripes and badges.

The 2017 Shelby F-150 Super Snake is definitely of limited edition. There will only be 150 examples to be produced. It also comes with a steeper price, each setting one back $96,880. This price includes a three-year/36,000-mile warranty and an entry to Shelby's official registry.
