Volkswagen T-Roc Spotted: Video Hints The New Crossover Was Powerfully Swerving Even On Straight Roads

The new Volkswagen T-Roc has been spotted while testing real hard on Nurburgring.

Last week, Volkswagen released a short teaser video confirming the new T-Roc. The clip shows the new crossover, although it was still under heavy wraps. The teaser just highlighted some points to look forward to in the upcoming model.

Moreover, the teaser seems to boast that the new T-Roc has strength. The new crossover was shown dashing out on the rough terrain. The clip also flashed the word "Power" emphasizing the new crossover best feature.

Following the official teaser, a new spy video has surfaced. The new video seems to reiterate the power capabilities of the new T-Roc.

The Volkswagen T-Roc prototype has just been spotted while having a rigorous test on the tracks of Nurburgring. It seems that the new crossover is being tested of its maximum limits.

It seems that the new crossover was testing its tires and handling. The spy video shows that the test of the new crossover includes swerving all over the track. Interestingly, the mule even made some twists and turns on straight roads. Was the automaker testing the capacity of the huge alloy wheels of the new T-Roc?

Volkswagen has not announced the powertrain variants for the new T-Roc. Speculations say the new crossover will most likely come with the newest 1.0 turbo three-cylinder Compressed Natural Gas engine.

The Volkswagen T-Roc is also expected to be offered with a front- and all-wheel-drive options. The new crossover is believed to share the same aspects with the Audi Q2.

The new T-Roc is also believed to share the same MQB platform used in Gold and Tiguan. It will be 4,718mm long, 1,831 wide and 1,501mm high.

The new Volkswagen T-Roc is expected to be launched this August. It will go on sale later in the year in Europe.
