Formula 1 News: After Defeat in Melbourne, Lewis Hamilton is Even Hungrier for the Win!

Lewis Hamilton lost the championship title to Nico Rosberg by only five points last season. This year, the Mercedes driver's desire to win has "frickin doubled."

In a report by Standard, an inquest began within hours after stepping off the plane from Melbourne, Australia. Mercedes executives immediately searched for a way to get over their defeat. This team is not used to losing.

The F1 team lost to Ferrari. Sebastian Vettel brought the Italian Stallion its first at the Australian Grand Prix. Meanwhile, Mercedes did not get any congratulatory speeches and glasses of bubbly were not being toasted.

James Allison, the new technical director, was asked to send personal emails to all of the Mercedes staff in Northamptonshire. He needed to explain what he thought about Hamilton's loss on Sunday in Melbourne.

While the Formula One team is not used to losing, Toto Wolff, its head of Motorsport, that they should be prepared to lose "with humility." Wolff said that losing would build personality. While he would rather win, it's part of the game. They can't always expect to win every time.

This does not mean that Mercedes is giving up. They are now working harder than ever to find answers before the next Grand Prix in China on April 9.

In the past, the Formula 1 team has won four of the previous five outings at the Shanghai International Circuit. Hamilton has also increased his focus to be ready to take on Vettel. He flew straight home for an intensive training program just hours after the race.

According to a report by Planet F1, Lewis Hamilton said that he has had a good fight in the past and came very close last year. This year, he wants to win the World Championship more than ever before. His hunger to win "has frickin doubled."

The Mercedes driver will make sure to be at the top of his game in preparation for the next race in China. He believes he can win and he wants to win for his team and his fans.

The racer will go all out on his training. He will focus on his sleep, diet, and everything he can work on to help him win.

Lewis Hamilton has less than two weeks to shape up for Shanghai. How do you think he will do? Will Ferrari get another win or will Mercedes make a comeback? Share your thoughts and comments below!
