Nintendo Switch Stocks Updates & News: Nintendo Teased Big E3 2017 Plans For Both Switch, 3DS

The much hyped E3 2017 is almost here and like Microsoft, Nintendo teased its "big plans" for this year's event. Reggie Fils-Aime is doing just about any company head, to hype up the excitement and their upcoming offerings. And of course, since E3 comes in the heels of the massive success of the Nintendo Switch, the company will surely ride on that.

Speaking with Fox News, President and COO of Nintendo of America pointed out that E3 is always a big time for Nintendo. "We look at each E3 as a unique opportunity to tell our story. And we're gonna have a big E3 this year. We're going to be showcasing a variety of games. We will have experiences for... consumers will be able to attend the show for the very first time."

Ever since the company utilized pre-recorded live streams for the E3, the company might adopt that the E3 is once again open to the public. However, Fils-Aime didn't divulge any specific details regarding this, as Nintendo has always been sort of a wild card at annual trade shows.

"So I'm not gonna tell you all of the various games and all of our little secrets for E3, but I can tell you that E3 is going to be a major opportunity for us to showcase not only Nintendo Switch but also content coming to Nintendo 3DS."

Now, after teasing the public for their plans for the E3, many went into speculation mode as to what their plans could be. What caught many gamers' attention is that these big plans could refer to both the Switch and the 3DS.

For Nintendo, there is no better time for them to bust out the big guns than this year since the Switch has currently huge levels of momentum. This is all thanks to "Breath of the Wild." But this will only last for so long.

So, E3 could help keep that hype up. Among the predictions for the E3 are that hopefully, the company will spend less time about the 3DS and focus solely on the Switch. The time has come to probably phase out the 3DS.

Now, about stocks of the Nintendo Switch, Express UK reports that stocks of the hybrid console will be back on March 31 on Amazon, while Tesco claims they will have theirs a day earlier. Tesco's official website also offers you to sign up for stock alerts. That's pretty helpful considering Nintendo Switch stock is selling out fast. Don't forget to also heck individual Argos stores, as they have been good sources of the Switch.

But before E3 2017 arrives, hopefully by then, Nintendo would have fixed the left Joy-Con connectivity issues of the Nintendo Switch. Although the company has previously admitted that this isn't a widespread issue and that they have identified the problem and altered the manufacturing process.

So, there are many things to look forward to once E3 2017 begins as not only Nintendo's big event and its hybrid console the Nintendo Switch will be the apple of many gamers' eyes but also Microsoft could dedicate a segment to hardware as Project Scorpio is set to launch this year. This will be a pretty much exciting battle to look forward to.
