Tesla model 3 will provide car safety level that no automakers can match. Tesla reported that for the model 3, safety is paramount.

Tesla has been into car safety features for years now. In fact, its model S is the only car to receive a 5 stars rating in safety features.The car has been tested by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in 2013.

Mildly priced, it would signal Tesla's transition from being a luxury car maker to mainstream manufacturing. This car is designed to achieve the first rate safety ratings.

BGR reported that the Tesla Model 3 would be 10 times safer than the rest of the car plying the streets. The Auto-pilot feature would surely give the driver a "super human" assist to drivers when engaged. Accidents will be 50 percent lower when being used. Tesla wants safety as the leading parameter when choosing a car.

The Tesla Model 3 would have a longer range for every single full charge compared to its nearest competitor, according to The Verge. Tesla CEO Elon Musk hinted that it would have at least a 215 miles range. Its main power plant would be a 60 KW battery as its base car. Buyers have the option for a 75 KW battery if they want.

Estimated range of the batteries would be 215 miles and 259 miles respectively. The car would have a higher EPA range compared to the Chevy Bolt because it would be smaller and significantly lighter.

The Tesla Model 3 prototype was introduced last year in a splashy fashion. According to Fortune News, the car manufacturer has been preparing its most important car production to date. Priced mildly at $35,000.00, it would also signal Tesla's transition from luxury vehicle to mainstream.

Tesla recently raised 1.25 billion dollars in order to ensure capability of producing the Tesla Model 3. Limited production will commence July this year while a full tempo is slated by 2018.
