2016 Toyota Tundra Still Powerful Despite Recall; Delay Resolution Frustrates Customers

The 2016 Toyota Tundra is a big truck capable of hauling or carrying anything you can dream of. But it was not just built for that kind of hard work. A lot of buyers have been using this vehicle in their everyday activities.

The exterior size of the vehicle is already daunting enough. Once you climb aboard you will find the interior is very comfortable. The seats are a little bit high thus you have a very clear view of the road ahead as mentioned in KBB Reviews. The rear seats are foldable for additional baggage space.

The 2016 Toyota Tundra will not be losing in the power plant department. According to Edmunds, it is powered by a 381 HP 5.7-liter V8 engine, it can tackle all the load you need to carry.

The 4 wheel drive vehicle is controlled by a 6-speed automatic transmission for ease in shifting. Fuel economy is not that bad for its 2WD with15 mpg in the city, 19 mpg on the highway.

The various test, however, stretched the 4WD model combined efficiency to 16 mpg. It is no wonder that the powerful vehicle is not just for hauling but is also a family vehicle for everyday use.

However, there are reports that several customers are frustrated due to the delayed release of the succeeding wave of the 2016 Toyota Tundra in the market as cited in Trucks website. It can be remembered that the car company issued a recall order of almost 75,000 units of the vehicle.

There was a problem with the bumper thus the recall order. Toyota has not yet advised dealers on how to fix the problem. It even asked the dealers to stop the sale of this model. Subsequently, the release of the vehicles was halted.

As a result, frustrated customers were left hanging in the air as to when the 2016 Toyota Tundra will be released. Also, sales are going downhill after the announcement of the recall.

2016 Toyota Tundra customers are still waiting for updates regarding this. They are hoping will be able to resolve this issue once and for all.
