Toyota will have over 25 different vehicles on display this week at the Atlanta International Auto Show, ranging from new pickup trucks to new NASCAR models race fans can expect according to a company press release.
The company also announced they be showcasing the redesigned 2014 Tundra full-size pickup in Atlanta. It will be the first time the truck has ever been seen in the Southeast.
Toyota assured their customers that the Tundra is still the only full-size pickup that adheres to the SAE J207 towing standard.
The Tundra was designed, assembled, and engineered in the U.S. From chiseled exterior styling and a "refined" interior with class-leading features, Toyota is sure people will love the new Tundra.
"Atlanta is one of the top drawing consumer auto shows in the Southeast, and it's one of our most important markets - 15 percent of all cars sold here are Toyotas," said Bryan Robinson , area sales manager for Southeast Toyota according to the company release.
Toyota's 20,000-square-foot stand offers a number of new products available at dealerships and concept vehicles that Toyota believes could offer a "glimpse of new automobiles and cutting-edge technologies."
The company will have a number of cars on hand for viewers to test drive like the all-new 2013 Avalon sedan, all-new 2013 RAV4 compact SUV and current Prius C hybrid, Toyota Camry and Tundra vehicles.
Drivers have the option to choose from one of three different charities to receive a donation from Toyota for test driving one of their cars as part of their "Drive for A Cause" promotion. The three charities are the American Red Cross, the National Park Foundation, and AMVETS.
"We also know that 'made in America' is especially important to people living here in the South, and we feel we have a great story to tell, especially with the Tundra. In fact, 70 percent of Toyota vehicles sold in the U.S. are built here as well," said Robinson according to the press release.
Those who attend will also be able to learn more about Toyota's 4Runner, Highlander, Corolla, Venza, and a number of Prius models.
