The 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler is the newest in a long list of Scrambler concept of Triumph. Compared to other Triumph motorcycles this one is built for off-road adventures. It is also obviously better that its 2006 model. The 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler features will remind you of the Bonneville that were prevalent in the 60's.

 According to Ultimate Motorcycle, the 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler is powered by a 900 cc liquid cooled engine. It would give 59 HP at 6000 RPM. It also has a maximum Torque at 2850 rpm of 59Ft-bs (80 Nm). Its Fuel Tank Capacity is 3.2 US Gallon.The bike has a 5-speed transmission.It can also easily accelerate to more than 100 miles per hour on its current set up. Off road, handling was made better by upgrading its wheels. On-road riding is a pure bliss on its suspension. Breaking was made no problem either and it provides enough power when needed.

Another interesting fact is that the Triumph Street Scrambler was based on the Street Twin since it doubles the sales of motorcycles under its 2016 line up. It looks like the 2017 Triumph Street Scrambler can surpass sales of its predecessor.

Meanwhile, Triumph has launched the Triumph Dealership Custom Built competition. Paul Tan reports that using the Triumph Street Twin as its basic model, dealers around the world are free to use their designing skills to upgrade the bike. They can employ anyone they want to as long as the finished product can be used on the street legally. By using a Triumph Bonneville Street Twin as its core model, Triumph Groningen, from the Netherlands created the now famous Salt Flat Racer. They were able to finish in just two weeks their version of what a care- racer motorbike should look like. Using the core bike Triumph Street Twin combined with their own hand made spare parts, the outcome became a success.
