Bugatti has expanded its territory into sea-based vehicles. It is set to launch a luxury yacht which is based off the design of the company's Chiron supercar.

French car manufacturer to launch luxury yacht based off the Chiron supercar. The French luxury car manufacturer has always been known for expensive vehicles of grandeur. The company's next vehicle will be no different except that instead of being land-based, it's actually going to be a yacht.

With the help of boatbuilder Palmer Johnson, the company has come up with the luxury yacht Bugatti Niniette 66 with the 66 being how long it actually is and the number of units the company plans to produce. The companies started on the yacht way back in 2015. It initially looked different but was redesigned to look more like the supercar Chiron. According to the boatbuilder, the name Niniette was actually used for a speedboat that the company built back in 1930 and is actually the nickname of Ettore Bugatti's youngest daughter.

This Bugatti yacht sports a horseshoe design with both sides connected. It is available in two-tone color schemes. One can opt to have portions of the yacht's carbon fiber hull to be exposed just to show the weave.

The luxury sea-based vehicle features interior cabins and an open deck. The latter sports plenty of leather and carbon fiber. The deck is available in different wood types including a naturally blue morta oak. It has a hot tub as well as a champagne bar with a fire pit nearby. The interior features marble with carbon fiber and leather. Its seating has an organic flowing look to it.

The Niniette 66 features a 16.2-liter Man V8 engine. It is capable of 1000 horsepower and has a top speed of 44 knots which translates to just over 50 miles per hour. A 1,200-horsepower version of the engine is available which allows the yacht to go up to 48 knots which is around 55 miles per hour.
