There has been a lot of buzz lately with the upcoming season finale of the hit Naruto Shippuden as this month marks the 10th anniversary of the hit anime series. Fans will surely miss their favorite character as it will all come to an end.
Naruto Shippuden debuted in February 2007 on TV Tokyo. This hit anime series was adapted from the Part II manga series of Masashi Kishimoto which is set 2 and a half-years after the first Naruto. Naruto was released in the United States in September 2015 under Cartoon Network's Toonami. It was last January 2009 that the show was canceled as reported by Toonami Wiki.
After a decade, it has finally come to end with an adaptation from Konoha Hiden's Perfect Day for a Wedding, a novel about the marriage of Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga. This will simply mark the transition of the new saga Boruto. According to Shonen Jump Magazine, the end theme will be performed by Swimy which is entitled "Zetsu Zetsu".
It will be recalled that in episode 493, Ino, Choji and Temari rushed to help Shikamaru. In this episode, Choji takes on RO, Ino took Sai and Temari goes after Soku. Meanwhile, Shikamaru goes after Gengo where the final battle was concluded. Fans review think that this episode is quite minimal and simply "fillery-type" but somehow has enough implications going through the season finale. Simply put, this episode is in preparation for the marriage of Naruto and Hinata.
However, fans need not be sad nor disappointed because while Naruto will come to an end, a new saga will continue as explained by its creator Masashi Kishimoto according to Enstarz. He said that he plans to make this new anime even better than Naruto. A part from having a lighter mood, new characters, adventures and plots will be presented which focus more on the children.
iTech Post mentioned that the new Boruto: Naruto Next Generations has already released teaser trailers and posters which shows its main characters Boruto Uzumaki, Mitsuki and Sarada Uchiha with the support of their friends Shikadai Nara, Akimichi Choji and Ino Yamanaka. All of these characters are the children of the main characters in Naruto.
The all new Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will be debuting on April 5 via TV Tokyo but no confirmation yet if it will be streamed live for fans outside Japan. Stay tuned for more updates on the popular anime Naruto Shippuden.
