Elon Musk has finally retaliated to the allegations that Tesla faced. Criticizing the United Auto Workers (UAW) for trying to unionize Tesla, he said the allegations were made to only make that happen.

The CEO, Elon Musk sent a mail to all employees in which he addressed the allegations of low pay and poor working conditions. He also stated that the internal investigations disapproved the claims.

The claims were made by Jose Moran, a production worker at the company's Fremont factory. He stated that Tesla made the workers work mandatory overtime and this lead to injuries in the work place which could have been easily avoided, reported Auto Blog.

Elon Musk totally went against the claims of over-time and stated that Tesla has reduced overtime by 50 percent in 2016. Also, the employees were granted equity by the company. This enabled them to earn to earn $70,000 to $100,000 more in total compensation than workers at other American auto companies.

Not only that, Elon Musk also assured that the Fremont Factory will soon become synonymous with fun and comforts. He promised an amazing party once Model 3 reaches volume production. Apart from this, he also stated that the factory will get a Tesla electric pod car roller coaster for fun and cross-campus travel. Workers can also enjoy the free frozen yogurt stalls, reported Engadget.

Musk also went ahead to state that the allegations were only attempts made by the UAW in order to unionize Tesla. He also said that Tesla was a small company when compared to the other giants in the industry. He criticized UAW to incline more towards other big companies as they will make more money from employees in dues than they could ever make out of Tesla.

"The forces arrayed against us are many and incredibly powerful. This is David vs Goliath if David were six inches tall," Musk stated.
