Test Drivers Give Kia Stinger GT Two Thumbs Up

The Kia Stinger GT left a good impression with its test drivers. The new Kia model can be an alternative to BMA 440i Grand Coupe.

The new Kia model has a good seating position and a spacious cabin that allows enough legroom for tall passengers. Even though, the interior design of the car improved there are still other designs that exceed the design of the new model like the newly released Audi A4 Sedan.

It has a responsive and strong V6 engine and a smooth eight-speed auto. However, Auto Express reported that the ZF, preferred by BMW and Jaguar car users, are more responsive when used manually.

It may not have the best steering feedback but it has a predictable and intuitive front axle response. It also has a direct steering with no rack looseness and has responsive corners.

The sport mode allows drivers to have more freedom with its electronic safety nets. Car users can enjoy a rear-wheel drive without the risk of spinning.

Daredevils can entirely remove the safety nets, where there will be no wake-up function. This means that car user can spin violently with its system shut off.

The Kia Stinger GT is consist of 55 percent high-strength steel with a platform similar to Hyundai Genesis. It has a strut suspension in the front with a multi-link rear axle that has coil springs and adaptive dampers, Car Magazine reported.

It measures around 4,830 mm long and has a wheelbase of 2,905 mm. The model is actually similar to BMW 440i Grand Coupe when it comes to size.

In a previous report from Automotive News, it was reported that not all dealers will sell Kia Stinger GT. There are still no reports on where this model be available. One thing is certain, it will cost $42,182 when it hits the market.
