However, Deutsche Bank analyst Sherri Scribner contradicts the predicted super cycle of iPhone 8. According to Sherri Scribner, given the reduced global smartphone growth and high price models, it is best to be more cautious now.
"Contrary to the market optimism calling the iPhone 8 a super cycle, we caution that it might outsell its predecessors only marginally, due to the high price," Sherri Scribner said. The analyst seems to keep off the fire of hype for the anticipated iPhone 8, MarketWatch has noted.

Realface, a cybertechnology startup in Tel-Aviv, Israel, was recently acquired by Apple for a couple of million dollars. This is the fourth Israeli company acquired by the Cupertino-based company.
Apple has acquired Anobit, flash memory maker, for $400 million in 2011, while PrimeSense, a 3D sensor company, was bought in 2013 for $345 million. The third company acquired in Israel was the LinX in 2015 for $20 million.
Realface, owned by Adi Eckhouse Barzilai and Aviv Mader, was established in 2014. The company is known for creating a facial recognition software which provides a smart biometric login for users. With this software, passwords become redundant in PC or mobile devices access, Times of Israel reported.
Realface developed the Pickeez app as for its first flagship. This app paved the way for smartphone users to enjoy photos in a unique way. The app automatically chooses the user's picture which it considers to be the "best" from every supported platform.
The publication requested via email the Israeli company to comment on the matter. However, Realface did not respond to the email.
This acquisition of Realface by Apple Inc. seems to suggest that the latter will now consider a facial recognition software for its upcoming flagship.
