‘Tokyo Ghoul’ Season 3 Update: Haise Sasaki To Debut, Story To Match Manga; Live-action Tokyo Ghoul Sequel Planned

"Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 is eagerly awaited by fans and the air date was delayed for quite a while now. However, there are some good things that are reported which will lift the spirits of the die-hard fans. The new season will debut another very popular character, Haise Sasaki.

The season 2 of "Tokyo Ghoul" had caught up with the story of the manga. Having said this, there should be enough manga material for the anime to proceed further. So, the creators are now waiting for the story in the manga to form so that the anime can form the plot along the likes of the manga.

There are reports that the season will also see the introduction of Haise Sasaki. To update, Haise is Ken Kaneki's other identity which he assumes after memory loss. It is reported as per the manga that Ken will gain his memory back later, reported MobileNApps.

Apart from this, there are other reports which suggest that the franchise will make a come-back when a live-action adaptation of the anime comes to the theaters. There were worries that the plans to adapt the anime to a film will be stalled after one of the stars announced retirement.

However, the studio does not seem to be too worried because of the retirement. In the midst of all this, it is confirmed that the plans for the live-action Tokyo Ghoul sequel are already being materialized, reported Comic Book.

While there is no date for "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 but fans of the anime series will be thrilled with the introduction of Haise Sasaki and this will make the story more fascinating. It will be interesting to watch the transition of Haise to Ken. What the anime has in store will be revealed only after it premieres.
