Capsaicin Event Time And Date Confirmed At GDC 2017: AMD Gearing Up For The Ryzen's Release

AMD is gearing up for another Capsaicin Event at the annual Game Developers Conference which will highlight the anticipated AMD Ryzen. The American tech company has already confirmed a time and date for it.

AMD Capsaicin Event at the GDC 2017. The Capsaicin Event is a yearly event hosted by AMD and is where the tech company introduces their new products and updates for the year. This year's Capsaicin event has already booked at the 2017 Game Developers Conference on February 28, 2017 at 10:30 AM, Pacific Time.

The event will also be live-streamed for those who can't make it. One just needs to sign up on the event's registration page which also gives out a little information on what to expect.

The registration page actually says, "The Capsaicin live stream kicks off at 10:30 AM from Ruby Skye, a feature-packed show highlighting the hottest new graphics and VR technologies propelling the games industry forward. The Cream Developer Sessions will start shortly after at 2:30 PM, with a special talk featuring Unity and Epic."

AMD has stated that their event will be featured-packed. It will be highlighting cutting edge graphics and virtual reality technologies that aim to drive the gaming industry forward. The company further added that previews of anticipated PC games for release this summer will be featured along with virtual reality experiences from major industry players.

It is expected that the company will be focusing on the upcoming release of the AMD Ryzen accelerated processing unit (APU). Speculations are saying that the company will feature all variants of the AMD Ryzen and will delve deeper into their pricing and specs and will offer an extensive demonstration of the CPU's architecture.

Other speculations point to a possible reveal of the AMD Vega graphics processing unit (GPU) even though the company had moved its launch. Regardless, fans are hoping that the tech firm will showcase a demonstration.
