2017 Buick Enclave: A New Sport Touring Edition

The 2017 Buick Enclave is under the American automaker General Motors. This third row seated vehicle is made with easier opening doors and a sliding up captain's chair. It offers excellent accommodation for large or small passengers.

For drivers who are looking more specifically for vehicles with a generous capacity of its haul, this model can provide a great deal. It has a 23.3 cubic ft of space at the back of its third-row and an ample cargo space with the rear seats folded.

Just like some other crossovers, Enclaves also offers different versions. 2017 Buick Enclave is available in three trim levels, the Convenience, Leather, and Premium.

Convenience is the type that offers the front wheel drive. It includes an alloy 19 inches wheels, heated side mirrors, xenon headlights in automatic, privacy glass, two-way power front passenger seat and a tilt and telescoping steering wheel wrapped in leather. An addition of parking sensors, power liftgate, remote engine start, automatic climate control in tri-zone, cruise control, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a driver seat in eight-way power with the two-way adjustment is also available in this trim.

For the Leather trim level, it highlights the vehicle's leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel and front seats, and an adjustable eight-way power front passenger seat. It also includes a blind-spot warning, driver memory setting and a rear traffic alert.

Last on the levels is the Premium. It has everything from the other levels. It has additional features such as chrome-clad 19-inch alloy wheels, power-folding mirrors, adaptive headlight, forward collision alert, ventilated front seats, lane departure warning, adjustable steering column, 10-speaker Bose audio system, and a navigation system. Additional options for the Leather and Premium is the 20-inch alloy wheels, rear-seat video entertainment system, towing package, and a dual-panel sunroof

This year's Enclaves all comes with a V6 3.6-liter engine that produces a horsepower up to 288 and torque in 270 lb-ft. It will do the job with an automatic transmission in six-speed and a standard front wheel drive while the all-wheel drive is optional for the leather and Premium levels. With an optional of a towing package, the car can handle towing up to 4,500 pounds.

The 2017 Buick Enclave EPA fuel economy estimation for the front wheel drive is 15 mpg in the city, 22 mpg on the highway and a combined 18mpg. For the all-wheel drive, it falls to a combined 17 mpg with 15 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway. The tracked estimation is just below the average for a big crossover that runs in a V6 engine.
