Mercedes-Benz has been spied testing their new 2018 Mercedes A-Class again, and this time showing the car's interior. The new model was spotted during cold winter tests in Sweden.

The car was first spotted testing in June of last year, while a  camouflaged versions snapped over the following months. And though the test mule ton, a sleeker shoulder design running from headlight to taillight were pretty obvious.

Also, the front of the vehicle looks to be lowered down compared to the ongoing car. Its headlights show a new lighting signature, while at the rear a new wrap-around taillight cluster makes the car look wider.

The next generation 2018 Mercedes-Benz A-Class is based on the second generation MFA2 platform. The car seems to have a longer wheelbase and much bigger than the current car which will result in a bigger cabin space with extra legroom.

The automaker said that the next generation car will continue with five-door configuration and have no plans to launch a three-door version anytime soon. The car will still have the front-wheel drive design and will be equipped with a four-cylinder petrol and diesel engine.

Spy photographers were also able to snap first interior photos of the car, showing a lot of changes on the dashboard. The tablet-style center display of the current car is expected to be replaced by a much bigger screen, while the instrument cluster will be digital.

Other interior spy shots include a multi-functional steering wheel that continues to be a three-spoke unit with tons of new controls visible and a semi-autonomous system that is added to the car with radars and sensors in place.

The all-new 2018 Mercedes-Benz A Class will be making its world debut at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Mercedes-Bens announced that the car will go on sale next year and will be heading to several markets soon.
