Mustang Shelby FP350S Order Sheet Reveal Price Tag of $114,990

The Mustang Shelby FP350S was first introduced by Ford back in December. The Mustang Shelby FP350S is the latest track-only and race-ready Mustang designed to race at the Trans Am, NASA, and SCCA. It is dubbed as the successor for the Shelby GT350R-C and GT4. Unfortunately, the Shelby FP350S is not road legal.

Today, an order sheet for the new 'Stang revealed an MSRP of $114,990 and could possibly go higher knowing production is set to 50 units only in the first quarter of 2017. The order sheet comes from a Redditor named sparkzcus making the mystery of the Shelby FP350S known.

The Mustang Shelby FP350S is powered by a 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine and a custom exhaust from Ford Performance. The Shelby FP350S is a hybrid, fitted with the most updated upgrades making it ready for the race track.

The race-ready 'Stang exhibits a 3160 six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73 rear final drive ratio. According to Car Buzz, the Shelby FP350S will have an integral oil pump, a modified unibody chassis with seam welding and a six-point, FIA-compliant roll cage.

In addition, interested buyers will also experience a performance-oriented oil pan and oil cooler, a race-oriented suspension component which includes an electric steering calibrations and ultra-high-performance brake system. Lastly, the Shelby FP350S will also have a quick-release adjustable rear wing and customized graphics for some who wish to apply.

The Mustang Shelby FP350S price sounds a great deal for professional racers, but for some who are not, the price may seem silly. Well, who will pay over $100,000 for a car they can't even bring out on the road, a collectible piece perhaps? Nonetheless, the Mustang Shelby FP350S will start production third quarter of 2017.
