Infiniti Will Reveal Its Upgraded New Q50 and QX30 Signature Edition Models At The 2017 Chicago Auto Show

Infiniti just announced that it would reveal its new Q50 3.0t and QX80 5.6 Signature Edition models on Thursday at the 2017 Chicago Auto Show. The cars come stacked with a lot of the more popular choices customers have been demanding.

At first glance, it's difficult to differentiate between the Signature Edition and the standard Q50. But the company said that the new model packages some of the most famous features of the Q50 into one package. Customers will get a power sliding tinted glass moonroof, navigation, SiriusXM Traffic, voice recognition feature, a 60/40 split-overlay rear seat, 17-inch bright aluminum alloy wheels, and InTouch safety and security services. The model also is equipped with an adaptive gearshift control that is synchronized with the navigation system.

Also, based on the Q50 3.0t, the Signature Edition is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6 engine capable of delivering 300 hp. Valued from $39,605, the Signature Edition is $1,950 less expensive compared to the Q50 3.0t Premium, which was previously the least expensive V-6-equipped Q50.

Aside from the Q50 3.0t, Infiniti is also offering another new Signature Edition of the QX80. Initially revealed a year ago, the model will be making its comeback for 2017 equipped with a Saddle Tan calfskin interior and dark-tinted 22-inch aluminum alloy wheels. The model is also equipped with a handful of safety features such as backup collision intervention, blind spot warning, an intelligent cruise control with full-speed range, a forward emergency braking with pedestrian detection, predictive forward crash warning, blind side intervention, and lane departure cautioning and prevention.

Furthermore, the Signature Edition is also available in a two-or four-wheel drive, equipped with a 400-hp V8 and in seven or eight-passenger arrangements. It's offered in Hermosa blue, graphite shadow, dark obsidian or lofty white. The Infiniti QX80 Signature Edition will go on sale this May, but pricing hasn't been reported yet.
