Expect Luxury And Comfort With The New 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country

The 2017 Volvo V90 Cross Country made 2017 way even better with its luxurious, comfortable and high tech features. This new model marks the 20th Anniversary of the all-wheel drive and Cross Country models of Volvo.

CNET reported that the Volvo V90 Cross Country will be available this coming March and buyers can already start making their orders. This new 2017 model has a T6 double boost motor with 8-speed all-wheel drive and automatic transmission. It has 2.0L with 316 hp and 295 lb. ft. torque. Inside there is still the Android Auto and Apple Car Play system as its standard feature but Volvo will already provide its own apps which includes Spotify.

Safety features of the Volvo V90 Cross Country definitely have additional boost where buyers can take advantage of the V2V or vehicle to vehicle communication. This new feature will allow other Volvo owners to be informed if there is another nearby car who lost traction alerting other drivers for dangerous situations up ahead. However, this feature is only available in Norway and Sweden at the moment. Other safety features include the brake assist, Blind Spot Monitor, Lane Keeping Assist, Departure Warning just to name a few.

But aside from other additional boost, buyers can still expect an awesome driving experience with the Volvo V90 Cross Country. An optional air suspension is available on its rear wheels that includes comfort, eco, off-road and dynamic, according to Motortrend review. These modes will enable the transfer of torque or power on either the rear wheel or back axle when it's needed. The wheels have been set wider with rounder and softer tires so that it can absorb uneven surfaces easily.

Prices for the Volvo V90 Cross Country will start around $56,295 and has options for additional add-on features. It will showcase its luxury packages, convenience package, Bowers and Wilkins stereo and others.
