"Tekken 7" was officially pushed back until June. More recently, it was revealed that the game will take up a minimum of 42 GB of hard drive space or more.
Tekken 7. The latest Tekken is an upcoming fighting game developed by Bandai Namco Games. The latest installment will be the ninth in the Tekken fighting game series, as well as the first to make use of the Unreal Engine. It is already available for the arcade version.
The game was first announced at the 2014 Evolution Championship Series by Namco chief producer and game director Katsuhiro Harada. The original release date of the game for arcade was February 2015 but was moved to March. The console version will be available in Japan on June 1 and June 2 for the rest of the world.
The fighting game's combo system is very similar to that of "Tekken Revolution." Power Crushers is one of the new features that was introduced for "Tekken 7." These moves absorb damage from mid to high attacks. The move will still continue despite taking damage but the Power Crusher would leave the user vulnerable to low attacks and throws.
Console and PC Release. PlayStation Lifestyle reported that the announcement came from the US PS Store which revealed that the game would come with a minimum save size of 42 GB. For the European region, the minimum requirement is expected to be slightly higher at around 45 GB.
Moreover, the game is still available for pre-order. The digital pre-order will come with an exclusive "Tekken 7" theme as well as a previously confirmed playable character, Eliza. Additionally, the latest Tekken game will also come with PlayStation VR content. Both the PC (Steam) and console (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) versions will be based on the Fated Retribution arcade update.
