According to Kelley Blue Book, the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor won't be officially available until early fall but a preview has already been made. Based on what was presented, the Raptor is going to much better in terms of performance and other aspects compared to the original.

It will have a more powerful 3.5-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V-6 which is capable of producing 450 -horsepower together with 10-speed automatic transmission.
The pickup has also been tested in the rough terrain of Northern Michigan and it absolutely did not disappoint. This beast of a pickup is sure to put all other vehicles of the same type to shame.
As added by Car and Driver, the soon-to-be-released pickup was also tested over the tough terrains of Nevada. With the rigorous testing, the pickup didn't buckle and emerged as the king of off-roading. With its improved damping and powerful engine, no tough terrain will not be negotiated.
The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor is most suited for those who are inclined to anything related to off-roading activities. Whether it is used for business or leisure, this pickup definitely makes the cut for being the best.
