Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) has just unveiled its new version of the Camaro in the 2017 Yenko Supercharged Camaro, an upgrade version of the regular Camaro SS. They've completely upgraded the car from top to bottom, adding a 2.9 supercharger, upgraded the fuel system, which helps the 6.8 liters LT1 creates an 800 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque. The car will be available in both coupe and convertible models equipped either a manual or 8-speed automatic transmission.

Great performance comes great appearance as well. Badges will be installed on the car's interior and exterior and even on the brake calipers to prove how unique the car is.

SVE provided 70 different colors to choose from. The whole package could cost over $40,000 on top of the car's base price of $36,905. In addition, SVE also announced that it's only going to build 50 units of the new 2017 Yenko Supercharged Camaro.

Meanwhile, the car's engine is a beast. SVE upgraded the factory 6.2 liter/376 cubic inch LT1 and bored it out to 6.8 liter/416 cubic inches. LT-1 aluminum block has been blueprinted using a computer balance rotating assembly. The bottom was improved with a forged 4340 steel crankshaft and H-beam connecting rods linking to forged aluminum pistons.

Furthermore, the car's stock LT1 cylinder heads have been CNC ported and polished and the oiling of the internals is done by a dry sump oil system. This beast also has a 3-year/36,000 mile warranty.

SVE also offers custom colors painted on the car's hood, roof, decklid, and side stripe graphics with matching painted hood grille. Equipped with 20" x 10" wide spoke wheels with a gunmetal finish. The wheels capture the look of the original Yenko Camaro torque thrust wheels. Colors available are Bright Yellow, Red Hot, Hyper Blue Metallic, Summit White, Black, Mosaic Black Metallic, Silver Ice Metallic, Nightfall Gray Metallic, Garnet Red Tintcoat and Arctic Blue Metallic.
