Vertu Launches Most Expensive Android Smartphone In The World

Vertu, the luxury phone maker, is back with a brand new phone. The new device is the latest in its Constellation line of phones and runs on Google's Android operating system.

The Vertu Constellation Android smartphone. The new Constellation, just like its predecessors, will be hand-built in Vertu's in England. It is designed for the luxurious traveler on either a business or leisure trip.

The new Constellation is an impressive phone that has a hand-polished earpiece pillow, comfortable acoustics, and dual-sim capabilities. It also supports iPass, the largest Wi-Fi access network in the world apart of the usual Bluetooth, GPS and 4G/LTE connectivity.

The luxury Android smartphone also features a 5.5-inch 140-carat 6th generation sapphire crystal display that's scratch-proof and with WQHD AMOLED resolution. It has front-facing stereo speakers and supports Dolby Digital Plus virtual surround sound, high-definition voice, and noise canceling.

The new Constellation runs Android 6.01 Marshmallow out of the box. Its processor is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820. It has a 3220 mAh lithium-ion battery with Qi/PMA Compatible Wireless Charging and Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0.

The smartphone sports a 12-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and twin LED flash and a 4-megapixel front camera. It has 4 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal storage with microSD support along with a USB 3.1 Type C connector port and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The brand new Constellation comes with the exclusive and special 24-hour Concierge service. One should expect exception customer service from the Concierge service given that it is what sets the luxury android smartphone apart from regular smartphones. With the Concierge, one will be able to get assistance with lifestyle organization that covers shopping and travel itineraries.

The Concierge service is free for six months after purchase. Continued usage will require additional fees. The luxury smartphone doesn't have a price tag yet. One should expect it to be ridiculously expensive like previous Vertu phones.
