Nokia Giant Tablet Has All The Incredible Specs - Details Inside

2017 is shaping up to be a great year for Nokia. After years, the Finnish multinational communications and information technology company is finally back to the Android race with its 18.4" Nokia giant tablet.

Nokia's return was warmly received after its Nokia 6 sold out within just one minute after its January 19th launch. Recently, the company was speculated to be adding an 18.4-inch tablet on its lineup.

The gigantic tablet was reported to run on Android 7.0 Nougat and was spotted after being benchmarked on GFXBench. The operating system is currently listed as "Android FIH Edition".

FIH is a Foxconn subsidiary company who owns the rights to the Nokia brand. The tablet will not only be gigantic when it comes to size, it will also be equipped with grand specs.

The Nokia giant tablet will feature a 2560x1440 pixels resolution display and a front and rear 12-megapixel cameras. The cameras will also be capable of UHD (4K) video recording. The rear camera will be equipped with an autofocus feature and LED flash.

Aside from these, it will also have an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset - a flagship chipset for most devices in 2017. It will also have 64 GB internal memory, 4 GB RAM, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, Compass, and NFC. GFXBench has a full list of the giant tablet's specs which can also be found on the image below.

As it states in the photo, the memory storage is only 52 GB instead of 64 GB. This will be the actual free storage after the OS installation and partition.

Some experts speculate that Nokia giant tablet will be competing with the Samsung Galaxy View. This tablet from Samsung will also have an 18.4-inch display. The tablet is clearly equipped with great connectivity, which speaks volumes on how Nokia wants if users to bring their latest tab wherever they go.
